Looks like a Cochin, but the muffs make me think d'Uccle.

Very true.
Only thing is, the d'Uccle varieties Ideal offers don't appear to match up with OP's munchkin (chick down color). Our local TSCs are supplied by Townline.
Agreed, another picture would be very helpful if possible.

Maybe the poster can get us a better picture of the chicks face? Cochins don’t have muffs. It looks like this chick does. But it could just be how the poster is holding the chick.

Ideal actually offers Duccles that you can only get by buying the assortment. I believe they offer thre e varieties that can only be obtained in the assorted variety.
now I'm starting to wonder if it's a Partridge Cochin. Hoover's doesn't seem to have all their bantams listed on the website. The old English assortment has several colors listed but not individually. They do have a picture of partridge cochins in their assorted bantams package even though the only cochins they list individually are black and red. The silkies don't have a color specified so maybe they have a pen of mixed colored cochins? I wonder if it might be a standard cochin that got in the wrong bin at TSC..do you have other bantams that are similar in size?
