TSC "Blue Leghorn" - 3 weeks old, male or female?

I suspect this little chick is a male, but, it's the only leghorn we have so I have nothing to compare it to. Thoughts?

Agreed cockerel due to the red patch growing in. A pullet would be solid blue.
