TSC chickens what breed Hen or Roo

I bought these chickens 14 weeks ago. I was wondering what breed they are and if they are hen or roos although I think I know the answer to the latter. Here is chick #1

Either Black Australorps or Black Jersey Giants

Aussies are supposed to have pink foot soles but with hatchery stock, thats probably not a very reliable indicator. How big are they size wize?

#1 is a pullet
#2 & #3 roos

Thanks. They have white feet so I am thinking that they are australorps as well. I feared that I had three boys. I hoped the tail difference between them meet some would be roos but O think I have to face facts and have a couple of chicken dinners.

Just don't wait too long to butcher them, I made that mistake with some Easter Egger cockerals at 19 weeks and they were really tough. But they had already started fighting over females so all that testosterone was flowing.

First is pullet, second& third is cockeral.
My first guess was black australorp
