i dont think any of the ones with feathered feet would be cuckoo marans unless they are french cuckoo marans but they could also be black or blue cochins. still would like to see some pictures

Yes, I agree. Alot of hatcheries are now swaying more towards French (feathered feet) where in years past they were notorious for clean legged cuckoos.

if you just got them today assuming you have roosters would be bold as its almost impossible to tell at that age

I got them 6.5 weeks ago and I think they were at least a week old when I got the possibly older

i havent gotten chicks from anywhere besides murray mc murray bc its like 5 miles from my house i dont support shipping babies. but i imagine some point when i start my own homestead after highschool there are some birds that will have to be shipped.
