I have this model and I've read the instructions about setting the temperature. I have used two thermometers with one reading 2-3 degrees higher. The temp was set while the thermometers were lying on the automatic egg tuner before I had eggs to incubate. I've been incubating for 10 days and I set the thermometers on top of the eggs since I added a few more to the turner and I saw the temp was much higher since the thermometers are on top of the eggs and closer to the heating element. I sacrificed a 10 day old egg and the development was where it should've been. I need to know if what I'm doing is wrong or not. I'm beginning to think these incubators are junk.
