TSC Mystery Chicks

We got these chicks a couple weeks ago and are not sure on their breed or gender. They are around 4 weeks old and are much bigger then the GLWs we have that are about the same age. I think they are Jersey Giants. They are also suppose to be all pullets but one looks kind of rooish. Sorry, I know the pictures are not of the best quality but any ideas on the breed and gender???

I think you're right. They look very much like black Jersey Giants. And #3 is definitely a roo.

What are the tell tale signs that they are Jerseys? I have never owned any before.

agree with above - Jersey Giants and #3 is a roo. Maybe #5 too?

#3 I'd say is a roo too. 4&5 are possibles. I'd like to see them in a couple of weeks to see how the combs develop. My girl is much older and hardly has any comb at all.
