Hey all. Just thought id throw this out there... Last spring I picked up two Swedish ducks from TSC. Or at least they told me they were Blue Swedish. The ducklings looked identical to what Swedish ducklings are supposed to look like, but when they grew up, I got just tad skeptical. They are very close in size to my mallards... was under the impression that they were supposed to be at least a medium sized breed. They are also jet black with a white bib, both drake and hen. finally, the drake has a green head, similar to a mallard drake's. Does that sound like Swedish? Maybe Black Swedish? or something else? Possibly mallard/Swedish crosses? I can post pictures a little later.
