They need to train their employees better, but please do NOT blame the employees for the company's decision and the employees having to live with corporate decisions.

I'm going to give another view on TSC! The lady at our store takes VERY good care of all the chicks & ducks. Could be that it's because her & her hubby raise a couple of hundread theirselves.. Their tanks are always clean. Have never had any bad smells coming from them and they always have lots & food and water!! She on the other hand will complain like crazy about all the people coming in taking the tops off picking up feeder and putting them down on babies and killing them, etc.. I guess we're just lucky and have a great lady at ours!!

I can't believe they banned you from the store. But then again, maybe I can. Call and then write the corporate office. It doesn't do any good to complain on the local level. He is trying to cover his tracks and doesn't want the corportate leaders to know. If they don't know it by now, they soon will, they have a huge PR promblem on their hands helped along by the store that threw out live baby ducklings with dead chicks and ducks into a store dumpster.

I also can't believe they used your name regarding the return of cattle panels in the training meeting. Someone isn't using very good judgement there.

People who are fed up with this type of behavior have to make their voices heard by the right people. The only way to push for change is to contact the people at the top. Change at TSC only happens from the top down.

WOW, our TSC takes GREAT care of their animals! I have never seen anything wrong here, although I do get irritated at Parents not watching their children around the babies (we have 2 small girls but they are NOT allowed to reach into the bins and mess with the babies)

: technically by this wording neither should anyone else. NO ONE and I dont care who you are or think you are is any different than an employee at any feed store or chain store.
unless you can correctly identify each and every day old chick.
think about it.​

I don't mind them having chicks for sale but they know they are going to have these chicks brought it and should prepare accordingly. Hire one or two people that know a whole lot on the care of these chicks to be there more during chick days. I am sorry but even this isn't neccessary if you have more employees. Anyone in there CAN clean out the litter and provide good water and food. The problem is no one is being told to do so and so they AREN'T going to. So the more employess the more available people there is to make sure they are being handled properly. You would think there would be somone back there in the general area as well to make sure little kids and even adults are treating these animals well. When no one is back there how do they know what is going on much less if they are out of food.

I am sorry but i feel if they want to do this than they need to know what they are doing. It is all about the money but how hard is it to take care of them for just a couple of days till they are sold?
