Definitely not a Rhode Island, Swedish flower hen pops up in my head but the white head throws me off, I'm still going to go with a Swedish flower.. Not positive though.

More yellow than white on their heads lighting and zooming in made it pale

Leg color and comb type is right, Wont be able to tell for sure until it grows in it's adult feathers.
