Tufted sapphire gem?

So I was told this girl is a sapphire gem. Is it common for the breed to have Tufts of hair like this? Or what breed do you think she is? Got her from rural King. She was in with the silkies. So I thought I got 2silkies...nope lol she's seeing 4-5 weeks I think.

She looks a bit like my sapphire olive eggers. They have crests like that.

They look my sapphire olive Eggers as well! These are about 4 weeks. Now that their head feathers are coming in, the crests are very prominent, like yours.
