Tumor, cysts, cancer???? Pics attached. Please help!!!

My hen had started pecking at hers and it was bleeding. She died the day after I took two of the scabs off. I soaked her in warm water with epsom salt to soften and it came off. I cleaned it with betadine and put gauze on it. Gauze wouldn't stay on and it kept bleeding. It was like raw fleshlike underneath. I didn't have anything to stop the bleeding so I used flour ( I read this somewhere on this site). Found her dead the next morning. I found another hen with two of these scab like things on her. One was on her crop area and had made like a hole through the skin and into her crop. She died the next day. Still don't know what it was. I saw the pic you posted. Did it have a black scab like the ones in my pictures. These scab like tumors were all over her body and they were growing. Like 8 or 9 of them. I think it may have started from some trauma possibly from my roosters and I didn't notice right away and it got infected or something. My roosters are hurting my hens. Some of them are rough. I think I need to trim their toenails, beaks, and spurs but I don't know how. I guess I'll google it or search on this site.

Oh no my hen has this too I think. I'm starting her on penicillan procaine Im and benedryl for inflammation. I hope she pulls through. I gave her one bath today with salt baby shampoo and lavender in the warm water and let her soak for 20 minutes about to do it again. I really don't k ow what else I can do just hope she pulls through. She's 4 months old.

I'm going through this at this very moment with a BCM pullet. No avian vet within 100 miles and the local vets will not even look at a chicken. I removed the scab yesterday along with all of the hard pus. It is on her right breast. It is about the size of a tennis ball with a thick raised ring. I'm cleaning the wound with Veterycin and applying a thick layer of plain Neosporin to the wound twice a day. I'm also giving Oxytetracycline by IM once a day. She's doing good. Alert, eating, drinking, and pooping like a normal chicken. I wish I knew what caused this and how to treat it correctly.
