Tumor like substance in mouth

Hi everyone,

my neighbor just sent me this picture and is asking for help. I told her I would post it here as y’all know everything. This is what she said:

My friend has a chicken and it has a grape looking thing on its beak. They are contained and not free range. Any clue? It cant close its mouth?

The only thing I can do is give you a couple of links that look similar.

If vet care is an option that would be best - if it's from swallowing a bee maybe giving some benedryl might help, but sadly, the outcome doesn't look good (or it it wasn't for the 2 threads below)
