Tumor?

I have a polish chick, the last of 3, that has suddenly started having a turrets twitch, and out of nowhere a huge tumor-like growth (about the size and shape of an egg)

. It is still eating and drinking, and still social and acting ok otherwise. Any ideas? I don't want to lose this one, it is our family favorite!

This is what I am thinking also, I am going to give a warm bath and I gave some olive oil. I'm not sure how exactly to massage it, I don't want to hurt her.

I would wait and check and see if it is empty in the morning. It’s completely normal for her to have a nice full crop by the end of the day.

Is there any foul odor coming from her breath? That could indicate a sour crop. Otherwise, it might be impacted. Again, I’d wait until morning to decide your next move.

Good job. Once she goes to sleep, make sure her food and water supply is cut off so you can check in the morning. Having her in will also give you the ability to inspect her poop. Let us know how it goes.

Thankfully all is well. I guess it was her crop. Never in my life have I seen something like that!
