Take alook at her chest. If facing her, the lower right portion of her chest looks swollen or maybe its just low hanging feathers. I held her this afternoon and just couldn't be sure. What is the possibility of a fatty tumor? She eats and drinks plenty but she seems a little slower than normal (like the kids can't normally catch her). She has started to look heavier than normal but I just don't know. Help please and thanks.

That would be her crop. When she eats, it fills with food. It can get as big as a baseball. At night the food is processed and the crop is flat in the mornings only to be filled again that day. Chickens with nice full crops at the end of the day are a good sign.
