It is a little hard to see the tumor clearly. Could it have been a wound that abscessed? Have you tried to drain it? Tumors in chickens can be from viruses, such as Mareks disease, lymphoid leukosis, or other non-viral tumors.

mabey i dont think she has been injured at all she does not like being held is there anything i can do if it is a tumor

Is that located over her breast bone or keel? Does she roost at night or lie down to sleep? If she roosts, is the roost rough? That is pretty large, but could possibly be a breast blister that has abscessed. Those may be treated by cleaning with Chlorhexidene or Betadine. You could try prying off part of the scab and seeing if there is any yellow solid pus that can be squeezed out. A warm wet compress held on the cyst for about 15 minutes before doing that might help to soften the scab. Keep in mind, though if it is a tumor, you may only get blood out of it.

she is a mother so she sits with her babies in hay. we think it is not puss it looks like a solid tumor.

I would make sure the bedding is dry, and kept stirred and added to when needed. Pine shavings is a good choice. Hay and straw can retain moisture. Let us know how she gets along.

we put her back in the normal coop because she is fineshed being a mum it is under her left wing near her breast
