Just looks like black dots right now, I already have a heat lamp and everything. Is there anything I should do besides that? Will the combs heal from the frostbite damage?

You don't need a heat lamp. If they are getting frostbite, odds are there's not enough ventilation or they're too sloppy with their water and nothing can help the second one

This picture is of many months ago and the silkies are adults now so imagine they are turkens. I chose it because this is the only picture I have that shows the most of the coop, looks pretty ventilated

Post pics of the black spots.
Has it been below freeing there?

I live in gilbert AZ so it never gets freezing but it might get around 26F in the worst of nights, ill post pics in a couple hours when I feed them next

You do realize that 26F is below freezing(32F)?
But has it been that cold yet this year?

Pictures would be helpful to help determine if this is peck wounds, fowl pox, or frostbite. Frostbite generally occurs more often with temperatures closer to zero, but if combs get wet and the temps are below 32F, it could occur.
