Turkens have frostbite black tips on their combs

Just looks like black dots right now, I already have a heat lamp and everything. Is there anything I should do besides that? Will the combs heal from the frostbite damage?
 
You don't need a heat lamp. If they are getting frostbite, odds are there's not enough ventilation or they're too sloppy with their water and nothing can help the second one​

This picture is of many months ago and the silkies are adults now so imagine they are turkens. I chose it because this is the only picture I have that shows the most of the coop, looks pretty ventilated
 
Pictures would be helpful to help determine if this is peck wounds, fowl pox, or frostbite. Frostbite generally occurs more often with temperatures closer to zero, but if combs get wet and the temps are below 32F, it could occur.
