turkens hens and laying hens

I got some turkens one week a go in I place them in with my laying hens and they keep fighting what should I do.

If possible turn the whole flock loose to freerange for a couple days. They tend to fight less but if they do the looser can get away. This should give them time to get used to seeing each other from a distance and will be less likely to get ganged up on. They are just working in the pecking order.
