Turkey blackhead disease or injury?

Does anyone know what this might be? We do have pvc feeders attached to our run, but I wasn’t sure if this could be the start of blackhead disease or if he had scrapped his head on the feeders? I have noticed some on another turkey and they seem to be around the same area. The spots haven’t really seemed to have gotten worse, but they haven’t gotten better either.

Welcome To BYC

Any lethargy, reduction in eating, weight loss, sulfur yellow droppings?

Looks more like scabs/injury to me. I'd clean with chlorhexidine, the apply triple antibiotic ointment.
Consider changing the feed station if it's rubbing the head while eating.

I haven’t noticed any weight loss, loss of appetite, yellow droppings or lethargy, no. They all have a ton of energy and huge appetites.
