I went out this morning and found my Royal Palm hen sitting on her perch with her wings spread out and hanging. She tried to stand up but was having a hard time doing so on the perch. Which by now she came off the perch and walked a few steps but laid down. By that time the Tom was trying to do his thing with her and I seen she just layed there. I helped her up but would only walk a few feet and lay back down, But when she was walking she walked as she was drunk Then I picked her up to see what was wrong, Which she never lets me just pick her up with out catching her. I didn't see any thing wrong ecept that her month was open as it looked as she was breathing from her month. I put her in a dog house where she has layed 2 eggs that is in the turkey pin. And she will just lay there.
I did notice yesterday that one wing was dropping but didn't think anything of it. My wife the other day did give her and the Tom some Organic baby Romaine lettuce other then her feed. And the Tom is just fine

When was the last would be hard to tell as it was in the dog coop which has the feeder in front of it and my son seen 2 eggs when he put feed in the feeder and that was about 4 days ago when he found them. So not sure as to when was the last she layed a egg. If she is egg bound is there a way to tell, And how do you un-bound her

Here is a update about my turkey hen. Knowing not what to do and reading about Colloidal Silver from the forums here ( The Good and Bad), Thinking I had nothing to lose so I went and picked some up, And gave her some yesterday afternoon along with some Poly-Vi-Sol that I had and kept a eye on her from a window from the house as it was raining.
I looked to see how she was doing from my window off and on, And about 4 hours later after I gave her some Colloidal Silver and Poly-Vi-Sol I didn't see her in the dog coop and couldn't see her because of plywood I had up to help block the wind I had up for the winter. So I went out side, And here I found her eating and walking around like nothing happened. Checked the dog coop and found no eggs. Gave her some more Colloidal Silver and Poly-Vi-Sol last night and this morning just to be safe.. I don't know if the Colloidal Silver and Poly-Vi-Sol I gave her helped or not. All I know she is doing great, She is back to her old self again. I will still keep a good eye on her for a few weeks. So Thanks to everyone here from their post on BackYardChickens Forums. It's been a great help with all my needs

and this is a site that I seen from a post in the forums about it

You will fine some good and bad things said about it, Which is the case about anything that is in this world of ours. Anything in this world could be good for one person but bad for someone else. But the way I look at it is, It's better to do something then nothing at all.
Which in my case maybe it did help, I don't know, But I do know my her is better after giving Colloidal Silver to her. So I would be one that would say it's a good thing for now.

Thank you for the information. I"m glad that your girl is doing better. And you're right, it's better to do something rather than nothing at all. Good way to look at it. You tried it and it worked. That's all that matters.
