turkey chick all bloated not pooping

Help, we have 5 almost two week old turkey chicks. 3 had plugged behinds when we got them home. Cleaned them up one died. One healed up. This one has a bloated looking bottom. Nothing plugged on outside. Don't know what to do now. Just small amount of liquid oozes out.
