Today I got 6 White Midget Turkey babies. 2 were weaker than the others. 1 of the 2 weakest is perking up, the other is NOT. It is not moving much, stopped peeping, and hunched over. I have tried to give it water with Nutra-drench, it drank little. It is not going well. It seems very tired. Is there anything else I should do or is it too late????

Thanks. This would be the first casualty and I know I will take it hard.

There is nothing you can do but get food and water into he little guy while keeping it warm and dry. If you have not tried simple sugar water it is worth a try. Also a few small mealworms or waxworms can sometimes ge them to turn the corner. Newly hatched poults are fragile. Once they begin a downward spiral some will die no matter what you do. Not your fault.

I found a syringe so I got some more nutrients in it. Man, I don't know, it doesn't look good. It has warmth, I am trying everything in the book, I am just not sure if nature is on my side with this little guy. I even had DH "hot hand" it.

Well the little guy is still alive. I have been giving it bird electrolytes and a little mash in warm water. Seems a little perkier sometimes and very sleepy the rest of the time.

The poor little guy didn't make the night. Life was just too much. Bummer.
