depends on the age, males will loose more feathers sooner on their necks, but the girls will loose some too.

My 5 week old BB White tom is already loosing neck feathers and he already has some red fleshy bumps on his neck and extra skin from the beak to his neck. Sorry I don't know what they're called, I'm new to turkeys too. My 2 females are still pretty :)

they are all the same age and i have an over protective tom with em so i dont think they are hurting each other they are at least 8 weeks old

at 5 weeks, that sounds normal to me... he's starting to grow up [tear][sniff]... as he matures, he gets the carnacules (red bumps) and the waddle (extra skin under his beak) and his snood (fleshy bump that will grow to look like a worm) - all these features with the addition of vibrant coloring are all there to make him more attractive to the ladies... at 5 weeks these things are just starting to occur... check him again at 12 weeks and they'll really be apparent.
