Turkey chicks only one

I have been incubating Turkey eggs, it was a whole day over what it recommends so 29 days and one finally hatched. Only one has hatched so far not holding any hope for the other 5 but this one Turkey chick won't stop chirping! Is the chick looking for a mate? Is it easy to raise just one Turkey with some chickens?

Sorry to hear about your hatch. Most chicks like company so im sure thats the steady chirping good luck in the future

Turkeys are very social creatures. Do you have any young chicks you can put him/her with? Our last hatch was a single baby, but we have him/her in with chicks and he/she is just fine.

No i don't have any other chicks at this time. I guess I will just have to talk to him/her
