Turkey drying/bagging rack

What do the backyard turkey processors use for their drying/bagging rack? We use PVC pipe for our broilers and ducks. I am thinking a larger size PVC would work, but am open to other suggestions.

I don't dry any of my processed poultry. When I bag them, I pick them up and slide them into an open bag.
