Turkey egg candling

I am on day 10 of incubating my turkey eggs. How can you tell if they are fertile or not? 3 of them definitely had movement; all the others had a large dark mass but I didn’t see anything move. Is the picture attached fertile?

Cover all but a small portion of the light so that all of the light is directed into the egg. You have too much visible light outside of the egg to be able to see what is going on inside the egg.
