Turkey Egg questions

We just moved our two toms and three hens outside the other day. We had them in the barn but they kept getting out. We found two nests after we moved from the barn. Since putting them outside the white hen that we raised from last year hasn't laid any yet. The other two that we bought during the winter (blue slate & bourbon red) found a spot between the chain link fence and an old bath tub. There was a bunch of old grass there. They both are laying behind it but in their own spots. We collected 4 eggs since we put them out there. Some of our friends wanted to hatch some out even though they might be mixed. They were sitting on the nests earlier when I went out and heard them over there making noise. Yesterday the blue slate hen was making noises and running up and down the fence and we figured maybe she is trying to get back to her nest that we found in the barn. She had 5 eggs in it. She was settled down today. We are going to put something above their nests so they won't get wet. After we get some more eggs we will probably let them set. They have been laying an egg a day it seems like but the white hen lays randomly. I think it is due to her being heavy and when she was in the barn they kept pooping in the nests we had for them. Hopefully she starts laying a nest even though she is over weight but she is a friendly turkey. The two toms aren't to bad either. The biggest (2.5 yr. old blue slate) will strut but won't come near me and the bourbon red tom is smaller but he will walk up next to me but if I reach down he unfluffs himself and walks off unless I'm near his hens but hasn't attacked me yet. I have had birds (rooster & goose) attack me before. The rooster I just pick him up and hold him and he won't attack for a few weeks. The goose I would give a good but light push with my foot and he wouldn't bother me for a couple weeks. Now I don't know what to do if the turkeys start though. They are old enough that I know they already are "adults" and could attack instead of wondering when they might reach sexual maturity.
