I've never hatched turkey eggs before. I know that they take around 28 days to hatch. Anything I should know about incubating turkey eggs? They are midget whites.

I've hatched chickens.

Ok, good, so it is just like chickens except one more week (which feels like one more month

) and they are so much more slow-pokey to develop at the beginning! I just candled a batch at 11 days and finally saw movement. Other than those two things, I think chickens and turkeys are very similar!

Excellent! Okay, so here we go! Oh my goodness, another week of waiting is gonna be a tough one. LOL

We use the same settings for chickens and turkeys in a GQF Sportsman. The temp is 99.8 to 100, humidity 50% ish during incubation and on day 25 when you stop turning raise to about 65%. Our temp setting is just a touch high so they pip and hatch about a day early.
