My 2 yr old BR hen started laying about 2 weeks ago and I have opened a few eggs and there is no bullseye ring like they are not fertile. The tom displays pretty much all day long although I've not seen him mating her but DH sys he has seen it. Why would they not be fertile?

2 year hen should be in her prime. How old is your Tom? He could be shooting blanks or missing the "X". Turkeys can have reproductive problems just like everything else. If you have an incubator, save the eggs this week and throw them in and candle them at about 10 days and see what you got.

He's the same age as the hen. So I guess I'll try your suggestion and try to incubate them. Thanks

Might sound crazy, but did you look on both sides of the yolk? Last year I thought there was an issue with my tom and after cracking several eggs I decided to try and "flip" the yolk over. Low and behold the bullseye was on the bottom when I cracked the egg in the bowl.
