turkey eggs, what to do with them? How much?

My neighbors turkeys are now laying, he doesn't know what to do with the eggs. How much can you sell turkey eggs for?

Are they pure and are they fertile. I have mixed turkey eggs and put them up for auction here...

I believe they are fertile, should check though, 3 hens and a tom. They are pure white turkeys, I can't imagine they are show turkey quality, the birds were purchased at the swap meet this past summer.

Maybe he could make an ad on your local craigslist to sell them or word of mouth...or hatch them themselves and sell the poults....

I think thats what he planned on doing, we just didn't know what turkey eggs were going for, either for hatching or consumption.

It's too cold to hatch right now, so we just eat them. They're pretty good, especially if you like to dunk your toast in yolk. I haven't sold any turkey eggs to eat though, I'm afraid they would just be thrown away.
