turkey eggs...

Has anyone here eaten turkey eggs? How are they compaired to duck.... and chicken eggs... guinea eggs?

Also how do you use them? Any recipes??

I have a turkey, we eat her eggs, they are HUGE. I find that they cook a little dryer than chx eggs. So I use them for breakfast burros, quich, boiled for egg salad sandwiches. Good Luck!
