Turkey eggs

My hen has been laying eggs almost daily for 2-3 months now. She sits on them most of the day. However, none of them have hatched. Is there something I can do to help this? I don't have an incubator so u can't put them in there.

If they are the same eggs from 2 to 3 months ago they are garbage.
