Turkey eggs

I have a black spanish turkey that is laying again for the second time this year. My question is how often do turkeys lay? This is my first year with turkeys and when she layed his first clutch she layed every day for a total of 15 eggs is this normal? Now she's laying again and she's doing it every day again except for yesterday when I found 2 eggs. Can turkeys lay 2 eggs in a day or did I just miss this egg? I have other turkeys where she is but their all young about 12 weeks old is all so I'm pretty sure their not laying them.

ours lay spring and fall, and no birds can lay one egg in a 24 hour period, you must have missed one.
