turkey failure

I have raised chickens for many years thought I would try turkeys, bourbon reds and chocolates 2 died before delivery all the rest died within 48 hours. I had them set up like I have done with chickens, ducks and geese the last 10 years. does anyone have any idea what went wrong

Where did you get your Poults and how old were they and what was the total head count alive you received.
I live in Arkansas and ordered mine from the state of MO, they were here 24 hours after shipping %100 received.
