Turkey fleas????

Just bought this girl, today, (she is quarantined) thought she had dirt in her eye, but it's fleas (stick tight fleas)! On both eye lids. Tried to take tweezers to them and it is impossible. Put Vaseline on them in hopes it would smother them, but she just turned her head and wiped it off.

I currently have a bug free flock and dogs and don't want to create an epidemic.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
