Turkey Gender pleassee help!!! with pics

I have a turkey that is 23 weeks old. I have had it since it was 3 days old. I was wondering if anyone could tell me a way to tell if it's a tom or hen. i thought for a long time it was a hen but now im not sure. It's starting to get some red on its head.

A picture would definately help someone to identify male or female. Make sure you get a good head shot, as well as a good body shot.

Here's a hen in the front of this pic, about the same age at the time this was taken. All the rest are toms.
