turkey has major swelling under eye - what to do?

I mean.. he is so big! not like handling a chicken. It is about the size of the end of my finger and very swollen ... looks like something that might need to be lanced? I have no idea what to do -

Put him in a sep pen and begin antibiotics? wait it out? HELP!

Is it red, open, oozing or like a pimple? Can you get a picture by any chance?

pale, to white at the outside - no oozing at all (wish it were actually). I am on my way to work, will take a photo this eve.
