Turkey hatching issues

We have incubated two baby turkeys and they finally started hatching!!!!
One hatched great and is doing awesome
The other one is moving around in the egg and chirping!!!
But still hasn’t piped the egg….
Should we just leave it and wait or try anything else???
We have the other one near so the egg can here it..
