Turkey head turns white during hand feeding?

Our Tom has started to turn his head white whenever I hand feed him? He’s never aggressive towards me and never gobbles, struts and makes any charges at me, he’s just very calm and will come running up making a soft “coo” almost whenever he sees me with food, and all the color drains from his head. Just normal behavior from him?

Wasn’t sure if it’s just because he likes women, while he will try to attack any man he sees. Even to when my husband tries to hand feed him he’s puffed up and has all his colors showing, he will still take the food but it’s more of a grab and go instead of sitting by, relaxed when eating kind of deal.

It's normal when it turns like that that usually means that he is excited.
