Turkey hen nesting without eggs

Hi there,

I have a turkey hen that nested on eggs that didn’t hatch. I ended up taking her out of nesting box to clean it and realized she couldn’t walk because she had been nesting for weeks. I got her walking around but now she is nesting again but there aren’t any eggs under her. Should I let her nest on nothing or not let her?

You have to break her of being broody. Do not allow her access to nesting sites and do whatever else is required to get her to stop.
