Turkey in shock

I have a young turkey that is possibly in shock. Found it outside the coop not moving. No visible injuries. Just listless. It is seperated from all others with food and water, of course. Anything else I can do?

Keep it warm and out of the draft, young poults are very fragile and often die from a chill. Make sure it is eating, as poults will forget how to eat and drink and will starve easily!
