Turkey incubation and early brooding questions!!!

I'm getting some eggs here sometime this spring from anothe BYC member. they are Bourbon Reds and Blue Slates. Anyway, how do you incubate your eggs? WIll they fit in the cups in a chicken turner? I have seen pics of it so I'm jsut wondering. If not what are your turning methods? Humidity? Temp?
When they hatch, what is a good sized brooder that will last them until they go outside, I heard that if turkeys' brooders are changed they can just drop like flies.

What about food? The highest % I have seen is 24% I heard they need more though.

Yes the chicken egg turners will work for turkey eggs. I have used both the hovabator and LG incubators and turners.
