Turkey is starting to get a black dot on his head and his eye is still shut. I’ve posted a few times and made changes to his diet given electrolytes but still no change.

Have you tried Vetericyn Plus® Antimicrobial Ophthalmic Gel for his eye?

The black spot on the head looks like a rubbing injury.

The black spot on the head looks like a rubbing injury.

No I haven’t. So you think maybe he poked his eye and hurt it? He can open it but then closes it again. It isn’t goopy but he doesn’t gobble much anymore and doesn’t strut either since his eye became this way.

It is possible that something poked his eye. Whatever the cause was, that or their gel will make his eye feel better.
