Yes, that is the drug. Can you get enrofloxacin (Baytril) too? Both are needed to treat blackhead. How much does she weigh? 500 mg treats 10 kg.

It will also help if you can keep her in a room or cage that is 25-30 Celsius.
If she is not drinking, you should tube feed her fluids too. Would you like to learn how to tube feed?

Disclaimer: metronidazole and enrofloxacin are not approved for use in poultry in most countries.

You don't need to apologize for posting in the wrong forum, it's not a problem :)
If you see any more yellow poop can you get a good picture of it? I agree with @casportpony it sounds like blackhead.
i haven't got any but they started to show a sign , ive only got 3 left from the previous batch (25 turkeys)...from what i learn (this is not my first batch, i think around sept when they started to die one by one) there's some phase before they started to poop, the first noticeable sign is when they when solitaire from their flock but once they pooing then usually it can't be helped, they died in just matter a day

the sign or symptoms is exactly what casportpony posted above..thank you casportpony for the info

You're welcome. I have lost a few to blackhead too, but now that I know what to look for I have found that they can recover if treatment starts the moment they look sick.

You should also de-worm them with albendazole or fenbendazole. Can you get with of those where you are?

If you are dealing with Blackhead then this is worth reading.
https://thepoultrysite.com/articles/control-of-blackhead-diseaseIt is also worth considering if keeping turkeys is a wise choice given the protozoa is though to survive in the ground.
You may be able to save this one although the general consensus is there is no successful treatment and a recovering fowl is liable to be reinfected.

When caught early and treated with metronidazole, enrofloxacin, a de-wormer, and supportive care, they can recover, and it's been my experience that reinfection is rare.

That is perfect! Does it say on the bottle how many mg's? Let me know and I will tell you how much to give orally. It's a bitter medication and many birds will not drink medicated water, so giving it orally is best.

Hmmm, I guess the millions of turkeys that have died from this disease could have been saved then.
Imo, the best thing to do is cull the bird and any others that show any symptoms. On top of this very stringent biosecurity precautions should be in place to prevent the disease from spreading. It seems that the village this peson aquired the turkey from does not have this problem yet. That would look likely to change.

Big girl! If it is 100 mg per one ml then give her 0.1 to 0.15 ml per kg twice a day orally.
