Turkey - leg issue??

There is no treatment for a leg bone deformity. Giving vitamins with minerals will not help, but make sure that she eats a balanced gamebird or all flock feed. They tend to get worse as the chicken or turkey grows. It may be hereditary, so I would not breed her. She may be able to get around well enough, but some birds may eventually become disabled, needing to be culled. Sorry.
that looks like a BBW turkey anyway.

What does that mean? Sorry newer. And I know it’s a meat turkey. Now. But I was told if we let them forage and not over feed them they can survive longer.
No they can't, their hearts just can't do it and BBW means Broad Breasted White, a commercially used meat turkey. Most don't make it past 6 months, or if they do they are starving all the time.
