Turkey leg shivers?

He’s done it since hatch but I don’t think it’s normal.. any suggestions?
Eating and drinking but seems in the thin side.

I think its normal*. Most of my chicks do that when you pick them up

Does he walk funny when on his own or is it only when you pick him up that it starts happening?

When he steps his foot he’s moving vibrates too
