Turkey lump on her face looks like wormt

My hen turkey all is well except for this lump on her face nothing on the inside of her face.
Worse yet it appears she has at least 3 more little ones starting on her head as well

Please help if you have any idea what this is,

Does anyone have an idea what this might be ?
Sent the picture to the vet she did not know what it is!
Feed store thinks it is a parasite?
