CAN YOU RAISE TURKEYS IN THE SAME MANNER AS CHICKENS?

I've never raised turkeys myself, but I would assume they would have the same basic needs as chickens. Appropriate food, water and a predator proof shelter.

I believe so but they need much more area per bird than a chicken.

Absolutely! They need proper feed and can be difficult for the first 8 weeks, but after that they're pretty good birds... Like big feathered dogs. What are your goals?
