Turkey making funny raspy hiss noise

He is making this noise. Sort of a scratchy hiss.Not a cough.But it aint right. I had adult turkeys get CRD or some sort of respiratory infection and treated it with Agrimycin crumbles and water added medication. All was cleared up but those birds had the cough and head shake that led to 2 deaths before I could diagnose. I have separated this 4 week old bird and am considering treating him for developing respiratory disease. Should I ,,and should I treat the rest(10) young birds or wait till rasp develops?

nope,seems like a strained raspy hiss noise.Sounds out of comfort zone. Second bird doing it now.Both separated and on agrimycin. Maybe they got something from the chickens.
