Turkey nesting boxes?

I'm looking to either have my turkeys lay and hatch eggs or put fertile eggs in incubator. Do the turkeys need nesting boxes?

Mine make nests in the long grass, in the corner of the shed, and inside a dog house. Some turkeys will use a nestbox, others prefer to pick their own spot. So if you provide boxes they may or may not be used.

Mine would cram herself into a regular chicken size nesting box, so a couple of months ago I had hubby make a four hole nesting unit with one hole on the end a bit larger than the others. She loves it and has already hatched out her first clutch in it.
